I have begun to wake up around 4:30 a.m. every morning.
Most leaders are early risers.
Most spiritual practitioners are early risers.
Early mornings are peaceful times to start your day feeling fresh and energetic.
Here are three early morning rituals that keep me feeling energetic throughout the day:
1. Take an enema
Every morning I cleanse my bowels with an enema.

It is the secret of my energy.
