You can drink bitter gourd juice every day, but if the rest of your diet does not change, you may still be diabetic.
Many of us know this, but what we don’t know is that type 2 diabetes is indeed a reversible condition.
It means you can eliminate medications and insulin, or at least reduce them to a minimum through a whole food plant based diet.

5. Fruits and Vegetables:
Studies have found that the more fruits and vegetables you eat, the quicker you can reverse diabetes, especially juicy fruits, green leafies, and bitter vegetables.
The best way to consume fruits is to eat them at the beginning of your meals, while increasing vegetable dishes and balancing it out with less starchy vegetables and grains.
